By registering as a vendor or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
"Vendor": Any agent, broker, or property owner listing property on the Platform.
"User": Any person browsing the platform to buy or rent.
"Listing": Property information provided by the Vendor.
3. Vendor Obligations & Warranties
Accuracy of Information: Vendors must ensure all property descriptions, prices, photos, and availability are accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Authorization: Vendors warrant they have the legal right to list the property and have obtained necessary permissions from property owners.
Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and national real estate regulations, including fair housing laws.
Content Rights: Vendors grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish their listing content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Listing fraudulent, illegal, or non-existent properties.
Using misleading photos or providing false information to attract leads.
Attempting to bypass the Platform’s fee structure.
Uploading viruses, malware, or spamming other users.
5. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions
Listing Fees: Fees for listing properties are outlined in the [Pricing Plan/Dashboard] and are subject to change.
Subscription/Commission: Vendors agree to pay [subscription fees/commission] as agreed upon registration.
Refund Policy: Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is merely a facilitator and is not a party to the actual transaction between Vendors and Users.
We do not verify the legitimacy of the properties or the vendors and are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including software, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of the Platform and protected by copyright laws.
8. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Vendor account at our discretion for breaches of these terms, without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
